A personal note from Doug Filler:
Our campaign is firmly committed to addressing the common-sense side of all the issues in this race. Unfortunately, however, my opponent’s supporters have the financial resources to spread their time-worn views across the Falmouth District, hoping that no one is looking too closely at their arguments. Frankly, I can’t hope to compete with them on a dollar-for-dollar basis, but I urgently need to bring our message of Fiscal Discipline for Challenging Times to the attention of all Falmouth voters.
I most sincerely ask for your support by donating to the Doug Filler for Supervisor campaign. In return, I promise to continue to raise these key issues throughout the district: sensible budgeting and taxation; supporting a vibrant educational system; and finding solutions to our existing transportation problems in Stafford County. I am firmly convinced that in the end the reasoned arguments we present will prevail in this campaign, but I will need your financial support to ensure that our views consistently reach the voters.
